Welcome to the Quarantine Basketball Challenge
Gyms are shutdown, outdoor hoops are closed and the park maintenance crew and the police are running people off the courts due the COVID-19 situations. These are challenging times for ballers trying to improve their games.
However, the great ones will always find ways to work on their game. Each week we are going to post a basketball skill challenge. Each player can submit a video of themselves completing the challenge and the best one for the week will win our Nike "You can't buy this t-shirt, you have to earn it." T-shirt.
Winners will be posted on this page. Challenges will be posted by Monday evening and all videos must be submitted by the Saturday at 4:00 p.m. EST of the same week. Please contact us, if you have any questions.

The Quarantine Challenge for Week ending May 16, 202
This week's challenge is the Non-Dominant Lay up Drill. The goal is to record how many times you can make the shot in one minute. This drill is great for improving hand eye coordination. Tip: Keep the head up, don't let the ball hit the ground and get up as many shots as you can.
